Distribution beats product quality

Read a founder's story today that stopped me cold. They built 4 side projects — only one succeeded. The difference? Distribution. The cursor tells you everything

You can understand almost any interface by watching what happens to the cursor. Pointer means clickable. Grab means draggable. Text means editable. Good design makes these affordances obvious; great design makes them invisible.
